[Bug] [App] Title: "Filter Applied on All Leads Page Reflects on Follow-Up Page" #197

Issue: When applying a filter on the All Leads page, the same filter appears on the Follow-Up page, even though it should only apply to the All Leads page. While the filter is functionally applied only on the All Leads page, its display on the Follow-Up page may confuse users and imply incorrect functionality. To enhance clarity and usability, the filter should not be displayed on the Follow-Up page if it is not applied there. User should separately apply the filter on the Follow up page.

Is delayed because of bug fixing of sourcing module
