Hi, thanks for reporting the issue! It turns out that it is caused by a migration of ChatGPT's domain name from "chat.openai.com" to "chatgpt.com", I'm releasing a hotfix that should be public within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the extension stores reaction speed.

When on a ChatGPT site, after opening the extension, it only shows the message: Go to ChatGPT's page to start doing fancy stuff
Clicking on link to ChatGPT does not alleviate the problem.
