UniTime works with Last Enrollments in Instructional Offerings, while what can 
be imported via XML are Last-Like Term Student Course Demands. This makes it 
more complicated to explain what data goes where. (The whole system of student 
information / requests / demands / enrollments is quite complex and confusing 
for newcomers.)
