Add setting for lower quality as standard definition #47

it would be nice to be able to render stuff in qualities lower than normal (32 x 32 pixels/tile)

I've changed my mind about this, I dont see this being a very useful feature, if the desired result is less storage usage, lowering the jpeg quality is a more effective solution.
