Add code complete for js #1

There is no code-complete right now^ because built-in codecomplete for js really bad. I think this article might be helpfull http://tilvim.com/2013/08/21/js-autocomplete.html

YouCompleteMe not ready yet :( Tern for vim already installed under #8 so may bee add autocomplete later
