Crash on unknown ATR #32

I get a segfault when the ATR is not known:

Ah easy to fix, just a missing NULL after the strings in 
update_smartcard_list_txt

Thanks! I noticed that as well a while ago, but I forgot to push the update to 
SVM. This should be corrected by now.
