Add AID entries for US debit cards

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Scan Bank of America debit card using the EMV analyzer.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Two EMV applications (Visa Debit/A0000000031010 and US Debit/A000000098). Only 
Visa Debit is shown instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
cardpeek 0.8.3 on Mac OS X.

Please provide any additional information below.
See attached for new emv.lua with the valid AID entries for debit cards issued 
in the US. (Reference: http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/23481717-post6689.html)

Thanks for the report.

The next version of Cardpeek will include a new extended list of AIDs, 
including the ones you reported and many more. This should show in the SVN in 
the next few days.
