Is it possible ? with a PN532 in I2C mode and an ftdi as COM: Someone has done that working ? Seems @nuschpl made a branch with serialreader Merci

This should be possible. Basically we just need to agree on the protocol that will be used on the COM port and we could extend cardpeek with this option.

Can you commit the branchfrom @nuschpl and put a release to know if it detect my pn532 ? (I cant reach the author)

Pascal, try to clone my fork and chceck if it detects your reader. It's done from GUI side but I gave up while working on protocol. I have china reader and was unsure if its not out of specs . You should have easier task with NXP one. I can contribute if you will have problems. Regards
