Bug description: Clear feature description does not fit the description of the application

Actual: Upon running the command clear

It shows that an address book have been cleared but the application manages module planning

Team's Response

It still works as functioned. Hence, it is not a functionality bug. However, it is a feature flaw as we tried to model our error message after the code base which has an addressbook file, but we realized it does not make sense to the user after you have pointed it out. Thank you!
