UHDBits support #141

I'm wondering if UHDBits upload support is on the roadmap for the future? I know you probably get a lot of these, so no rush, I'm just curious.

ill look into trying to get to the user class required for uploading on UHD over the next few weeks and will start work on this then.

Do you know if they have an API?

Looking forward to have UHDBits in L4G. How can I check whether they have API or not?

As far as I know, they do not have an API

Any user class can upload now. No API, but looks similar to MTV

Thanks for letting me know.

More complicated than MTV as there is a lot more fields and no API. Looks like a lot of these fields are populated from IMDb. On UHDbits you need to enter in IMDB number and then hit generate where it then queries the IMDB API and just pulls the same info L4G got from TMDB

Do you know can you upload and delete your uploaded torrent without issue? When i say without issue i mean without a warning from mods/admin

I spent over 2 hours trying to get the upload to work on UHDBits with no luck.

Even if i run it as a curl command it still doesnt work. I have no idea why and as it doesnt have an API the feedback I am getting is minimal so dont expect this anytime soon.
