Icons and login screen #1

Hello dear friend!

Thank you kindly for this amazing stuff you are providing us with!

I am new to lxqt and I didn't get everything to work:

1) the icons are beautiful (in start menu, or some in the task bar), except for the small sizes (i.e. everything apart from the "thumbnail" size) of "explorer" icons (i.e. folders, trash can, battery, wifi, updates-notif, sound, etc. all which are found on the desktop , taskbar , and in explorer) ==> all these are plain white icons (battery is green with a yellow thunder, and "updates-notif" is orange with like a white star in it), also "quit" (and all subsequent icons) and "lock screen" are white

2) the login screen (which I ultimately decided to skip thx to autologin in sddm.conf) is not using the theme

I am a noob (because I am not 100% sure how things work) but here is what I am using (thx to neofetch): xubuntu transformed into a lubuntu, lxqt, sddm (I uninstalled lightdm), kwin, wm theme = colorful blur dark, theme = arc dark, icons = colorful dark icons, explorer = pcmanfmqt, kvantum manager.

I tried setting up things according to what I found online (both kde settings and lxqt settings ==> theme = kvantum, kwinx11 set in lxqt, icons set in both kde and lxqt, etc.)

If it is a bug, please tell me what I can do to help you.

If it is by design, then please forgive this bug report.

It all seems very confusing to me (too many files to download for the theme to work, not sure how they fit together or if they are mutually exclusive), so maybe I did something wrong on my end.

In any case your screenshots are amazing, and I could mostly reproduce them on my computer, I think (??) I am just missing a couple of small things.

Hi rkyoku,

I am very glad that you like Plasma Theme "Colorful".

  1. Regarding the icons in the System Tray, which you say are ordinary white icons.

The idea was for them to be white. At one point I wanted them to be in different colors as well, but it looked too colorful, so I gave up on that.

  1. Regarding the Login Screen, that is, the SDDM Theme, I really don't know what the problem is with you. It works well for me and also for my friends who use SDDM Theme "Colorful-SDDM".

Otherwise, the screenshots are original, nothing is "beautified" as some creators do.
