Easy rebranding #109

Motivated by a need to rebrand the system for York Sport events. Uses less to consolidate colour values.

This pull also cleans up some nasty inline style attributes to pull all the css into one place.

Changed references to Lancaster/York to Home/Away for more customization options. Changing the names of teams should only require changing 4 values. Swimming has not been changed, it needs further attention.
