Goal:

Extract metadata from metadata/*.csv
Store which version of ChildProject the dataset is maintained with ?
Also store some information about the authors etc. (DataLad supports datacite)

Note: we might also want to find a generic way to store all the meta-information that is useful to embed in the dataset.
