• python convert_recordings.py --project=/path/to/data --name=16kHz --format=wav --sample=16k --split= etc.
• creates a subfolder converted_recordings next to recordings/
• converts all records to a given profile inside of this subfolder. A profile is the set of parameters that define the output codecs and format :

  profile = {
  'sample': 16000,
  'split':'15:00:00',
  'format': 'wav',
  'codec': 'pcm_s16le',
  'extra_flags': ''
  }

• creates a profile.csv file at the root of the subfolder with every parameter defining the profile
• creates a conversion_table.csv file at the root of the subfolder with two columns : original_filename as specified in the recordings table and converted_filename as created by the conversion script
