Feature: Backup and restore settings or quick actions and commands #227

Describe the solution you'd like Add an option in settings to backup and restore all settings (or at least the quick actions and commands).

Describe alternatives you've considered N/A

Additional context This is useful for someone who reformat the PC and need to reinstall HASS.Agent a lot. This will save the user a lot of time. Instead of reconfiguring everything, they can just restore it from a backup file.

Looks like if I copy JSON files from client folder, that's enough for backup.
