Monitorwake does not release up button #403

Took me forever to figure this out: Monitorwake presses, but does not release the up arrow button :/

I thought this was just for monitorwake, ut even a key press does not release the button. I'm using keyboardstateview to show - the key gets pressed and stays pressed.
