summary line modifications for Locations module #43

Describe the solution you'd like

  1. The Holders table should include the holder's Barcode at the beginning of the summary description.
  2. Released By should be changed to Entered By.

Regarding the Holders table, Bill will request these changes to the summary lines:

if location: LocBarcode : [LocLocationCode] LocLevel1 - LocLevel2 -....-LocLevel8 if holder: LocBarcode : [LocLocationCode] LocHolderName - location LocLevel1 - LocLevel2 -....-LocLevel8

Related issue note from Bill:

if you enter LACMIP01000 into Current Location in the Catalogue module and press tab, EMu will return both the Location (LACMIP01000) and the Holder (LACMIP10000). This will be remedied in a future upgrade.

Update as of 2021-03-02: Summary line is to be modified, Accepted By will be hidden (for IP only), and no labels will be modified.

Summary lines to be modified as follows: If Location... LocBarcode : [LocLocationCode] LocLevel8 - LocLevel7 -... ... -LocLevel1 If Holder...   LocBarcode : [LocLocationCode] LocHolderName - LocHolderLocation

(In other words, if Holder... LocBarcode : [LocLocationCode] LocHolderName - Associated Location Record LocLevel8 - LocLevel 7 -... ... -LocLevel1)

Rationale: This will make the LocLevel sequence for Location-style records is more consistent with other NHM departments.

Clarification from Bill, 2021-03-12:

Summary lines for Locations should ignore extraneous dashes and [ ] if no data exists in those fields. Therefore, if you only use level 4 you will not see a bunch of extraneous dashes for the empty fields. Same goes for the Location Code: leave it blank and it will not print the [ ].
