increase character limit on Collectors: Verbatim #52

What module(s) and tab(s) would this change affect? Sites module: IP Locality (1) tab

Is your request related to a problem? Please describe. The Verbatim field currently only accommodates 50 characters.

Describe the solution you'd like Please lengthen this field to include up to 150 characters.

From Bill: IP Locality (1) -> Verbatim contains "COLLECTOR: formatted collector name; DATE: verbatim collecting date". "COLLECTOR: TBA; DATE: verbatim collecting date" was used for those lines greater than 50 characters.

Once Verbatim can accommodate more characters, the "TBA" collector entries will need to be fixed.

TBA = To Be Added

As per the pending 2021 upgrade, Bill is requesting this field be lengthened to accommodate 200 characters.
