Add new columns and endpoints for trip and stop details #506

This pull request adds new columns to the StopTimes and TripDepartureTimes models, as well as functions and endpoints to retrieve trip shapes, stop details, and route details. Additionally, it includes refactoring of existing functions and endpoints.
