Automate `calendar_dates.txt` from FTP server to GitLab #14

Combine all the automation code so that we have ONE file that:

Pulls the latest calendar_dates.txt from the FTP server
Generates a new `calendar_dates.txt file'
- with the express bus info appended
- with a modified file name indicating the date
Applies the cumulative changes from all the previous calendar_dates.txt files to the one from the Shakeup and outputs the resulting file.

Optionally remove irrelevant entries. Consult with Rollin on the logic for this.
