FR ocide: allow to use no path in cwa files #48

To be more portable I've removed the paths from the cwa file (just directly specified the project files).

Opening this file in ocide worked fine, but on saving I've got "../myfolder/procect_file.dll" back. (this actually raised a "project file not found" error for me when transferring the project files from one computer to another, using a different name for "myfolder").
