Doppler Effect #39

I saw some several people complaining about Doppler Effect pitching/shifting audio too much. It should be improved if it's possible.

Actually, the problem is that the effect is realistic and the character runs at 30 km/h, I recommend setting al_doppler to 0.3 for it to sound as we usually expect. Thinking about it, I should make it the default value
