Add Falcon 180B #3682

Falcon 180B just got released! Do you have any plans to add this superpowerful model?

Falcon 180B is a bit more than 2x the compute to run, and based on initial analysis only slightly better than what we are using today in some tests, and worse in others. Due to the constraint of computing we have, it's unlikely we'll move forward with it anytime soon.
