@myamakerspace How much are we thinking we want to reimburse or how do you want to handle a situation like Malakai's?

As of right now, we have to do it SEE's way.

I've been looking into it independently and paying milage is a slippery slope to misclassification. We can't do it. We have to hire ppl who live closer, and if we find we can't retain them, we have to raise the rate.

@myamakerspace I've looked into it too but we aren't paying the employee rate and I think changing the pay rate so much is also not a good thing. We can also do it where we only pay $.14 per mile for errands? Unless them driving to pick up the equipment is considered work that they charge for.
