Deliverables for Enok

Over the course of 1 year:

Assume responsibility for completion with high quality of Google RISE grant contract.

Train peer instructors in classroom management and pedagogy, using existing curriculum, who already know how to code.

Run Boot Camps to train kids who don’t already know how, coding, classroom management, and pedagogy, using exisiting currculum

Recruit peer instructors who already know coding.

Outreach to organizations serving diverse and low-income youth to offer Boot Camps.

Outreach to organizations to offer free coding classes taught by peer instructors.

Coordinate teaching sessions for all peer instructors, pssibly including outreach to student organizations.

Assist in piloting for-pay summer camp program based on the Boot Camp curriculum as an earned-income stream for Coding Crew’s sustainability.

Write curricula for other LAM subject areas as-needed.

While I haven't yet created a formal CV, I encourage you to take a look at my GitHub profile where I have contributed to several big organizations such as Metamask, Mozilla, Microsoft, Calcom, and MindsDB. I believe my skills in both frontend and backend development could be a great asset to your project.

Regarding the languages I know, I have expertise in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks like React and Angular. Additionally, I have experience in backend technologies like Node.js, Express.js, and databases like MongoDB and PostgreSQL.

I also have experience with Next.js, a popular frontend framework built on top of React. I have worked on several projects using Next.js that required me to implement server-side rendering, dynamic routing, and other advanced features to enhance the user experience.
