We're just using the computercraftedu mod. If you are currently using computercraft the switch to edu probably makes some sense for you. Blockly lua - likely the best option of those listed here
Robotblocks - not set up for multiplayer servers
Blocklycraft - could work but blockly lua looks like a better option for you..
minecraftOpenMod - probably a lot of work to set up and a little challenging to use - looks like a solid choice.
