When opportunities arise, submit a one-sheet with the partners, the return on mission, and the return on finances, so the committee can decide what opportunities to pursue.

Either the Foundation or LAM may terminate this agreement upon delivery of30 days written noti e to the other party. The effective date of termination shall be set forth in the notice.

Identified Priorities Build out train the trainer programs in a more robust manner. Treat direct to child as an earned income stream. Prices currently set are approved Do not negotiate or cut deals. What is preferable is to have a scholarship fund, and organizations who cannot pay list price will apply. This will be a focus of fundraising. Expanding curriculum is also beneficial for branding, and a sponsorable/fundable area. It is open-source, but the trainings are a purchased service, and it can be made available in a printed format for a price. Reduce reliance on a single client (LAPL)
