Have a get together with the instructors

  1. Where can it be held?
  2. Pick a date and time.
  3. Create an invite to send out 1 month out.
  4. low budget
  5. Have ice breakers
  6. Can even have random things and have them do team building exercises such as building something from the random material provided.
