Base-Fire now registers the variable it uses to track the time since last fire event. Outside libraries can now use this variable as needed.

Does this need a QAQC check since the effort was done outside of QAQC protocols? In other words, is this just a simple fix not needing QAQC? Does the repo ( the .dll and the installer) need a rebuild?

Base Fire does need a new dll and installer.
