I'm having kind of a mystery on my side : when I look at the total number of sites harvested for a given time step t in the summarylog.csv or log.csv of Base Harvest, I don't have the same number of sites indicated as disturbed (value > 1) in the prescripts output raster for t of the extension.
The difference is not very large, often between 1 and 5%; but it's never the right number. Would anybody have an idea why this is the case ?
