Changed the MinSoilDrain parameter in the species input csv to be optional, as it had been in the NECNv7 functional group table. It has only ever been used by one user (me) and is likely to mostly cause confusion more than it will be useful.
I also updated the user guide to include the NormalTempMap, and I added a section to better describe the four-parameter moisture curve and temperature curve calculation.
