NECN outputs maps don't have metadata file #82

There isn't a metadata file detailing each of the output maps and their units, and the NECN user guide points users to metadata files for this information.

I'm particularly interested in understanding if the TotalC output maps include below ground carbon and ensuring these maps are in g C/m^2.

Alison, I think this might be the case of poor documentation. I have revised them to explicitly detail how to use the optional maps. Please take a look and let me know if that fixes it.
