Dead Pool maps #11

These maps are required (woody, non-woody or both) in the input file but they don't get generated in NECN. So it causes the pre-proc tool to crash because the Metadata file says the map will be created. Maybe maps could be optional? Or keyword "none" could be allowed?

I think we should get rid of those maps as they are only compatible with Biomass Succession. Making them optional would be a good short-term fix.
