I realize that this change would be made moot by the inclusion of the ability to pause the model, but in the mean time would it be possible to include the ability to change the max fire spread and/or spread probability parameters through time in the model? The underlying idea would be to capture potential tipping points and allow for greater speculation into the far future.
I could see this as happening either by reading an entirely new text file at specified time in the model (fire_scenario_0.txt, fire_scenario_20.txt) or adding another column to the spread parameters (MaximumSpreadAreaB0 -3227 0, MaximumSpreadAreaB0 -2227 20), but whatever is easier to implement in C# would be fine.
