created functionality to rename projects and descriptions #14

adjusted index.html to add an additional action on the side bar created function in edge.js to fill out pop-up and then pass information to edge_action.cgi

Added sub routine to edge_action.cgi called renameProject sub routine updates SQL database with user input for a new project name and project description sub routine also updates the projects config.txt and process.log for the new project name and project description
