Hi, I wonder if I can install python interface with pip3 #98

I installed Ubuntu just a few days ago, mainly to install HFO. I have already installed pip3, and I am not quite sure if i can use pip at the same time.

And I am worried about if I use pip3, something woulf go wrong.
