Dataset number varies in Table of Contents

The total number of datasets we downloaded from the Eurostat portal 2 weeks ago was 5053. Yesterday, i parsed the Table of contents, downloaded the datasets again and counted 5055 datasets. We need to check if the Eurostat datasets only increases or can also decrease with time ? And if it decrease in future than how to handle missing datasets ?

using our update script methodology (see #13), we will rdfize data sets which are either recently added or updated. The deleted datasets or datasets which are no longer supported by Eurostat will remain in our data set repository.
