12 years ago I am not able to find a bug in the code which could be the cause of this issue. Our weekly update script compares the latest toc.xml with the last week toc.xml in order to produce a list of data sets which has been updated. The datasets starting with env_rbd_ hasn't been updated since last week of Jan 2012 and we might have missed few datasets at that time as we were testing our update script. We will make sure the following datasets are included in the second release of Eurostat.

We just noticed that there seems to be some files missing from http://eurostat.linked-statistics.org. All the ones starting with ‘envrbd’. There is a dataset on Eurostat: http://epp.eurostat.ec.europa.eu/NavTree_prod/everybody/BulkDownloadListing?file=data/env_rbd_fr.sdmx.zip and http://appsso.eurostat.ec.europa.eu/nui/show.do?lang=en&dataset=env_rbd_fr but it this URL gives 404: http://eurostat.linked-statistics.org/data/env_rbd_fr.rdf
