I was trying to create a linkspec to match some observations we have on big cities to the http://eurostat.linked-statistics.org/dic/cities.rdf vocabulary. The Silk Workbench asks for a target restriction. Then I found out that there isn't any possibilities because the type used in cities.rdf is skos:Concept, and I have dozens of skos vocabularies in my triple store.
I propose to add a <skos:inScheme rdf:resource=""/> to all resources, like this:
