Catalog.ttl for dictionaries #6

generate a Catalog.ttl for all the dictionaries. This file will be used to load all Dictionaries into the SPARQL endpoint.

foreample : dic:age a skos:Concept, void:Dataset; void:dataDump <$baseURL/dic/age.rdf>
