Wanted: a tool to label pixels by different particle types. Provides a sample of data that has information useful for semantic segmentation task.

Got a basic version working as of ddc20cacc59ec44b0a8e14a2e1ab1918e888a4e3.

Note: haven't implemented save to/restore from disk function just yet.

Save implemented. More user friendly options also added. Will push tmw_roi_feature branch in once my computer gets internet again.
