2dx uses modified scripts written in TSCH to perform all operations. These scripts currently have the option to set the parameters to display and those to be used in the scripts. We need many fields such as following:

Name
Description
Required Programs
Required additional scripts
Input files required
Output files produced
Parameters required
Parameters displayed
Results set
Publications to be cited

Displayed variables
Variables to set
