new petsc gitlab repository #61

Satish: Thanks for the pflotran fix. I updated my pull request that updated the petsc repository in the CI script. The PETSc configure step still fails to build pflotran

./configure --with-mpi=1 --download-hdf5 --with-debug=$DEBUG --with-shared-libraries=1 --download-pflotran --download-pflotran-commit=origin/master

gfortran: error: generic.o: No such file or directory gfortran: error: input_aux.o: No such file or directory gfortran: error: logging.o: No such file or directory [etc]

Are you aware anything that changed in pflotran's build? Thanks

This error occurs with petsc-3.12.0. There is a fix in maint branch for it - that will be in petsc-3.12.1
