Alquimia is an interface that exposes the capabilities of mature geochemistry codes such as [CrunchFlow](http://www.github.com/cisteefel/crunchtope) and [PFLOTRAN](https://bitbucket.org/pflotran/pflotran-dev).

PFLOTRAN immobile species and microbial reactions, Fortran interface, bug fixes #75
I'm sharing some developments I've been working on for a while that I think could be useful to the broader alquimia user base. This is my first pull request for this repo so please let me know if there are any procedural or style issues that I should address. Happy to edit these changes if necessary. Thanks!
The changes include:
Enabled PFLOTRAN immobile species and microbial reactions (including reaction rate constants) through alquimia interface. Immobile species appear to the driver model as primary species that are always completely immobile/sorbed. Immobile species were also added to the constraints functionality. Also added a test for PFLOTRAN microbial reactions.
Added reaction names for general and microbial reactions to metadata, and added capability for "total aqueous plus sorbed" pflotran constraint.
Fixed a few bugs related to hands on mode and other PFLOTRAN errors.
Added a Fortran interface file that allows alquimia to be linked with Fortran code.
