The issue is to create a server FMU.

[ ] Document server architecture and modifications
[ ] Add curl support for Linux
[ ] Compile server FMU binaries for Linux32/Linux64

The related issue branch does not have support for parameters which can be set in the XML file. This branch will be deleted once testing of branch 8 is completed.
