parker controller write issues #53

after a few setpoint changes, the parker controller stops changing the setpoints
possible solutions: add a delay before change new setpoint

tried adding 5s delay before write only: but failed. current working solution: added 10s (arbitrary) delay before and after each write on the serial bus

TODO: try reducing this 10s delay
