dr signals not being pushed to xbos server at BLR #59

I'm not sure what happened, but we are no longer receiving DR messages in the XBOS machine at BLR. It is getting stored in the cloud db, so it is being published.

I also restarted the ingester.

Were any changes made to the plugins?

Restarted the driver as well and seems like it's working now. Not sure what happened.
