demo.py Stub Functions

Calls each component's setup.py to ensure that all their respective stub functions can be called without issue. Will code the functions later on. #18, #19, & #21 MUST be in Review or Done status before working on this issue!!!

Include the following for each component:

• Test description
• Description of Design Decisions
