Slots don't show if they're locked or not #737

Describe the bug Levels and Adventures on the website have no indication of being locked or not

To Reproduce

  1. Locate locked level on PS3/Vita/RPCS3
  2. Look it up on the website
  3. Notice that you can't tell if the level is locked on it

Expected behavior The level icon is grayed out, or a lock icon is overlayed on top of the link

Additional context I honestly should've thought about this back when i was doing slot graphics...
