Creating order error #17

I want to create an order using "createOrders" method. I got "1005" error after using this method. I checked my api_key and secret_key several times but I still get this error. Would you help me?

(I used this code):

from OrdersMan import Orders

order=Orders()
order.createOrders(symbol='btc_usdt',type='buy_market',amount=0.001)
